Items in this area (and this area only) are free for commercial use as long as you provide credit with a clickable link back to StarrLoop.com wherever you post or use the graphics.

1.) These graphics may be used to create items such as templates, website layouts, tags, blinkies and other graphics for commercial and or personal use. That means you may use them to create items you sell or offer for free. (except graphics compilations and CDs.)
*You MUST provide a clickable link back to StarrLoop.com on every page where these graphics are used.
2.) StarrLoop Graphics ™ terms of use still apply to these items (so read them BEFORE you take items to use) except that these items may be sold if used to make templates, websites and or graphic sets or items This is the only change to our terms of use and apply to these items only. You must still follow all our other terms to use these items, so make sure to read our terms area since by using these items you are legally bound by the terms.
How you may NOT use these graphics:
1.) These graphics may not be sold or redistributed as is. They may only be used as part of or contained in new items such as templates, website layouts or other graphics creations.
2.) These graphics may NOT be placed on cd for sale or in any form of graphics collection(s) for sale. You may only use them to create items for sale as described above in the “How you may use these graphics“ list.
3.) You may not offer these graphics in “members only” or “password protected” viewing areas. We check where items are posted and if we can not see them, you can not use them (The only exception are approved graphics groups. Please email admin at StarrLoop.com (remember to change the at to @) for approval of your group.)
4.)If you offer any images (graphic or picture), music, software programs or html (templates or coding) for sale or free illegally (meaning - any of the items listed that are not your own work by original creation and or covered under your own copyright or resale license) you may NOT use any images from StarrLoop Graphics ™. We do NOT tolerate illegal sales or use of our work or of others work and do not allow our work to be used or displayed along side of illegally used or offered work.
