In all case screen shots are taken of every illegal sale whether pending, completed or offered and did not result in a sale per FBI warnings and to protect our legal rights under the copyright law. All documentation is provided to the proper authorities so that criminal charges may be swiftly filed in the event that those who infringe upon our copyright chose to ignore the Cease and Desist Order.

Hotlinking (bandwidth theft) is a crime and StarrLoop Graphics™ can and will take legal action against those who hotlink. We have the software to track hotlinking and you will be found and posted here to give you a chance to remove the hotlinked image. All image names in the free area are changed often and you will end up with a big ugly sign letting everyone who sees the image know that you are stealing. Don't let this happen to you. Please do not hotlink.....right click and save the blinkies to your own computer (NEVER COPY THE URL!)....by doing this you will be sure you are not stealing from me and you won't find yourself posted for the world to see. Those who email StarrLoop Graphics™ and show that they have removed the hotlink will be removed from this site and may feel free to continue to snag the free linkware items. Those who fail to remove the link and continue to cost StarrLoop Graphics™ $$$$ with their bandwidth theft will find that we will use the laws protecting our bandwidth to their full extent!
