For orders that require lists of text added to buttons, tags, logos, store fronts and or other alterations you will receive an email from StarrLoop Graphics ™ that will contain a list of questions that will help us complete each customizable item in your order. Please be sure to check your email within 2 days of your purchase for the question list from StarrLoop Graphics ™.

How long will my order take?
Every order placed will receive a contact email within 48 hours* (except weekends and holidays) from the time of purchase (**e-checks - see information below). If you have not heard from us within 48 hours please contact us so that we can make sure PayPal has sent us notification of your order as they do on occasion fail to notify us of pending orders.
*For orders that require lists of text added to buttons, tags, logos, store fronts and or other alterations you will receive an email from StarrLoop Graphics ™ that will contain a list of questions that will help us complete each customizable item in your order. Please be sure to check your email within 2 days of your purchase for the question list from StarrLoop Graphics ™. The time to completion of all orders that require text added to items will vary depending on the size of the list and the type of items the text is being added to. If you find you have need of additional text on items please do not be shy about sending another list. We know if can be hard to come up with a complete list of your needed tags and buttons until your set is in use on your site and we are happy to make additional items for you any time after your purchase.
**Please note that those paying with e-check have a wait time of 4-10 days for their check to clear. Once we receive notification from PayPal that the check has cleared we will begin on filling your order.

How will my order arrive?
All orders are delivered via email as an attached zip file once the PayPal payment for the order is processed and any needed addition of text or customization of items are completed. If you have questions about your order once it is placed please feel free to contact us at any time.
