Q & A ...also some "How to's" at the bottom of the page that will help you add text to blank graphics and a link to all the information you need to create web pages, post images and more!

    Q. If I buy a web set or store set can I use it on all my web sites including personal and commercial (eBay and other business’s)?
    A. Yes! I want you to fully enjoy your set and I understand many people run multiple sites including business’ and personal sites and that it is important to have them all flow nicely together. You may NOT resell any of the images you purchase but I have no problem with having people use the set they purchase for all their site needs as long as my terms of use are met.

    Q. Do you offer any graphics for resale.
    A. Sorry but I am not going to be offering any graphics for resale.

    Q. What Program do you use to make your graphics?
    A. I have Paint Shop Pro 7 but I use the Animation Shop that came with it since the instructions are much easier to follow. I am sorry but I can not help you with instructions on how to use PSP since I am totally lost when it comes to using it but the are many great tuts on the net that can give you step by step instructions. Animation shop is a great way to start out and you don't have to make anything animated since it can save both ways! If you would like to you can take one of my free graphics...in the outlines and props area and save it to your computer. Then open it in your animation shop program. There you will be able to recolor and play with it. Its a great way to see how to use the program. I have also included many outlines that you can color to create your own graphics. I hope this helps those who are interested in graphics. I have only been making graphics for a few years...I use to paint mostly...but when you use the Ani shop it won't take long to get creative. I love making graphics and I think you will too!

    Q. What if I want custom graphics?
    A. Sorry but at this time I am not up to doing custom orders.

    Q. Do you do web hosting or can I have you create my web site?
A.Sorry but no...I just don't know enough about html to do that for you.

    Q. I have some pixel graphics or graphic items that I would like to have you use to make me something. Is this possible.
    A. Yes. But only after you provide me with a letter from the original artist granting permission for me to work with their items. I purchase a huge amount of items to use my self and place all the required resale license numbers on my site. I can not however purchase resale licensees from others just to make you something. If an artist is gracious enough to grant you permission for me to use an item from their work I will only use it for your order and then the items will be deleted from my system. (example: you have a pixel of a bird and you want it included in your order….you must have a permission letter from the original artist for me to be able to use it. If this is not provided I will not use the item. I have many birds myself already so I would not be interested in buying the right to use the bird but if the artist allows you to have the item used…I have no problem adding it to your order from me without charge.)

    Q. What is hotlinking and how can I check to see if I am stealing bandwidth?
    A. Visit this site to learn more: Hotlinking

    Q. Do you really report people who hotlink.
    A. Yes! It is a Federal crime since by hotlinking you are breaking copyright laws. I can and will report those who cost me money by hotlinking. (How would you feel if your neighbor taps into your electricity and you have to pay the bill for their added use? Since there seem to be such a large number of people who won't take the time to read the information I offer.... and learn how to post images without stealing my bandwidth.... I am forced to take action to protect my business and my pocketbook.)

    Q. Do you offer a resale license number so I don‘t have to link back for the *free for commercial use* linkware items?
    A. YES! Because I am getting so many requests for this I have decided to offer the resale license numbers for those who are interested! (This resale number is ONLY for the *free for commercial use* items!)
For those who do not like to link back but prefer to purchase a resale license number to post instead I am offering a wonderful deal!
If you prefer you may purchase a resale license number that can be post on or with your creations you sell, that contain or use the *free for commercial use* graphics offered at StarrLoop.com, instead of an placing an active link back to StarrLoop.com. The license number must be posted on the template or sale area where you offer your creations using any of the "free for commercial use" items you sell.
    Sample:
Instead of having to place: *Some graphics copyrighted to StarrLoop.com* and making the StarrLoop.com a clickable link back to our site all you would have to do is add a license number you buy like this one *Resale License #SL1234A* (This is a sample number only) on the page where you are selling the item or on the template or web set you create to sell.
(StarrLoop Graphics™ always purchases these types of license numbers when offered for the resale items we use as this method of crediting is an easy and simple way to add the required credit for copyright compliance and does not redirect traffic away from our site! You can find our many license numbers on the bottom of our web pages and on our templates. The license numbers are a great way to comply with copyright laws and terms of use and still keep our crediting simple and professional.) To purchase a license number you need to email ( order at Starrloop.com - remember to change the at to @ ) and provide us with your website address and or auction selling id that you will be using to offer the *free for commercial use* items for sale through. There is a one time cost of $10.00 to register for the license number and that provides you a lifetime commercial use license number that will cover all items presently offered in the *free for commercial use* area and also will cover all future items added to the *free for commercial use* area.
(Please note that this license number does not cover any other items from Starrloop.com. All other items from Starrloop.com and all other linkware items must still provide an active clickable link back to StarrLoop.com in compliance with our terms of use. The license number only covers the *free for commercial use* area items and each number covers one persons use of the items. You may not share your license number with friends, family or anyone else. Doing so will be considered a breach of contract and will be met with swift legal actions to protect StarrLoop Graphics™ copyright.)

    How to:
    To add text.
(These instructions are for Animation Shop...which is now a FREE program

You can download the free program here: Jasc Animation Shop 3.11
    http://www.ftp.jasc.com

In Animation Shop, the fastest way is to do the following:

If adding text to a blinkie: ( animated item...has more than one frame)
    1. Open the blinkie and select all...make sure the propagate paste button is selected (looks like three pieces of paper on the button)
    2. Open a new window and place your text...you can check the size of your text to make sure it fits and looks good by first adding the text to the first frame of the blinkie to make sure you have the size you want..then just back step(there is a back button), select all again...
    3. Open a new blank animation space and make it big enough to place your text (make sure to keep your canvas color transparent in the new frame so your text will not have a background that you don't want).
    4. Right click and copy the text
    5. Right click and paste onto the first frame of the selected blinkie... it should automatically post it into each selected frame if you have used the select all
    6. Hit "Save As", name your completed work...pick you favorite save levels...and save! If you don't like the look of the saved item...hit backspace and try a different setting for the save clarity and such and save again. You can do this as many times as you like to get just the look you want. :)

If adding text to a single frame (non animation item):
    1. Open the button or tag.
    2. Pick you color choice for your text.
    3. Click the text tool
    4. Pick your font and add your text to your item.
    5. Hit "Save As", name your completed work...pick you favorite save levels...and save! If you don't like the look of the saved item...hit backspace and try a different setting for the save clarity and such and save again. You can do this as many times as you like to get just the look you want. :)

The most important thing to remember is: you should always "save as" so that you do not replace your original item or template with your new one.
Example: If I open a blinkie I want to add text to and I add my text and hit "save" the blinkie will now have my text and I won't have a blank one to use again if I want to add different text later. "Save as" will copy your new blinkie with text, giving it a new name (that you pick) and will leave the original blank so that you can open it again to use for another time.
*note...if you buy a web set from me and add your own text to the items you can always request a resend of any item that you forget to "save as" and I will be happy to resend you a blank one to keep in your files to reuse again and again.
