You may not, at any time:
~ alter our graphics in any way to include, but not limited to, re-coloring, resizing, combining, or adding text (unless specifically noted or in the case of blank banners, buttons and quilt squares which are designed for your text)
~ create new items from our graphics such as email stationary, blinkies, incredi-mail stationary, banners, awards, tubes, etc unless we have stated that the item is made for such use.
~ sell StarrLoop Graphics ™ or products containing StarrLoop Graphics ™ for any reason!
~ direct link (hotlink) to any graphics on this site
~ use StarrLoop Graphics ™ on religious pages/sites/emails... except for those of the conservative Christian faith (if in doubt if your site is acceptable feel free to email StarrLoopLegalDept at StarrLoop.com (remember to change the at to @) and we will review your site)
~ print StarrLoop Graphics ™ on product for resale
~ use graphics that you have purchased or received to decorate another person's site.

StarrLoop Graphics ™ does not provide graphics for use on the following sites.
~ Adult themed sites including sexual content in text or images. Sites related in anyway to sexual expression in any lifestyle whether heterosexual, homosexual or any other version of sexuality.
~ Satanic, Voodoo, Psychic, Tarot, Wicca or other anti-Christian religious sites. Any religious site bashing other religions is considered not acceptable.
~ Sites that slander the USA in any way.
~ Backyard breeders and puppy mills...read Zila‘s story and see if you can guess what our answer to your order request will be!
* Any site that sells animals or links to sites that sell animals must be pre-approved before using any of StarrLoop Graphics ™ images.
~ Sites filled with foul langue or sites that have content that is not suitable for children.
If you prepay for an order and it is found that you are one of the sites listed above your money will be refunded and your right to use our copyrighted images will be legally revoked. Purchasing any graphics from StarrLoop.com is considered a understanding, consent and contract to the terms listed here in (whether you have read these terms or not) and any miss use of the images will result in legal action to protect our copyright and the image of StarrLoop Graphics™ & StarrLoop.com.

Image Hosting rules.
You may use free hosting sites like inkfrog and photobucket to host your images for you. Make sure if you are using free hosts for any purchaseware items that you make your account private so that others can not freely take your purchaseware graphics which is against our terms of sharing images that are not free linkware.

Your responsibility:
In order to use the graphics found on this site, you must provide a link back to Starrloop.com on each page where the graphics are used. StarrLoop Graphics ™ reserves the right to request removal of our graphics from any site, or to restrict use to any person due to objectionable content or violation of our terms of use. (We will ask nicely first, if at all possible)

Use of StarrLoop Graphics ™ on commercial sites and/or for business promotion:
Any **commercial site or use of StarrLoop Graphics ™ for business promotion purposes such as business cards, invoices, letterhead, forms, flyers, mailers, postcards, tags, eBay (or other auction site), etc is required to have Commercial Permission Letter from StarrLoop Graphics ™. Rights are granted based on use and need....in the case of animal rescue sites and fund raising.
**Other than the offered types of use (templates, websets and sigs) pre-made for commercial use. Example: You want to use a banner or logo as your new business card...just email us for permission.

Use of StarrLoop Graphics ™ by web designers:
Website designers who charge for their services are required to email for a permission letter and provide us with the pages address(s) where StarrLoop Graphics ™ are used. You may NOT buy the graphics for your client. They must purchase the graphics directly from StarrLoop.com, then you may use them to put together their site for them. We require the page address(s) where all the graphics will be used and credit must still be given in accordance with StarrLoop Graphics ™ terms.

Use of StarrLoop Graphics ™ on product you sell:
If you create any product for sale using StarrLoop Graphics ™, you are required to have a permission letter from StarrLoop Graphics ™ and this permission is only granted to non-profit animal rescue groups for fund raising.

About the artist board and hompy (hompey) image use.
Due to the multiple emails I am receiving from people wanting me to help them join the artist board I feel it is necessary to let some facts be known.
First and foremost: Please note that I can NOT help you get a seat on the board. I will also not give out their contact information as that results in them being spammed with unwanted requests for seats on the board and can result also in me being dropped from the board. Seats do not come open often and when they do there is already a waiting list of potential artists (around 27 right now) who are already being considered for any future seat openings (The board seeks you out not the other way around. If they see someone’s website or work online that they are impressed with they will approach them and ask them to join (that’s how I was found) there is NO application you can fill out for acceptance). I am not on the voting board and I do not get a say in who is brought on. I also do not have any “pull” to get you use of the hompy graphics. I am sorry but since so many people keep asking I thought I should post why. There are many hompy images you can use for free personal use as long as you are NOT selling them in any way or using them to make things to sell. Other than that I am not able to sell you the images for resale unless I have been granted the right to do so. I do post all I can in the free commercial use area and in the linkware areas when I am sent packages I am allowed to offer. I am not keeping anything back so please don’t email me and ask me to send you items you can sell. They are all posted in those areas and terms of use do apply. I had to get permission to offer you what I have already posted and they were very generous in what I was allowed to post. Please remember that graphics artists work hard to make their images and they don’t have to give them away for free as it is their livelihood. I will always post more when I can and I do appreciate that many people want to see more in those areas but I can not ask more of the artist board than what they have already generously given. Just the fact that they have passed the copyright holdings they had over many of their images to me is amazingly generous and I am very very grateful for all the trust and kindness they have shown me. Thank you for understanding and not emailing me with requests for more free commercial use items.
